STORING FILES IN THE CLOUD (CLOUD COMPUTING).
You must have heard of cloud computing which describes a real time communication by computers on the internet. The concept of cloud computing implies easy means of sharing data on the internet, it goes away from the normal storage of data on the computer hard disk to storing of data on the clouds,... which in this case might be through a file hosting service such as skydrive, dropbox, etc. These file hosting servers helps in distribution of files of different formats to different users. It gives users the ability to back up their files in the clouds (file hosting servers), thereby securing the data in case if the hard disk crashes, the user can be able to retain back the files from the cloud. It also gives users from different locations to share large files that couldn't be easily sent through email. Most file hosting servers such as www.skydrive.com gives about 7 gigabyte free space to users. These file hosting servers can be accessed through web browsers using any device that can access the internet both smart phones, pc, etc. It allows users to upload, download, and sync files.
