USING THE DEVICE MANAGER

Most of you might not know about the device manage which is a section of the my computer tab that houses the different softwares popularly known as drivers.  A driver according to Microsoft is software that allows your computer to communicate with hardware or devices. Without drivers, the hardware you connect to your computer—for example, a video card or a webcam—will not work properly.

In some cases when you find out that you are not able to browse or hear sounds in your PC, it might just be as a result of the absence of one of the drivers. This usually occurs in special cases when the drivers are outdated or as a result of the fact that you formatted your PC. Always check to see if your drivers is up to date, if not, try and update it by visiting the website of your PC or laptop producer with regards to the version of your windows operating system and your laptop make and version.
